More Than 20 Years Construction Experience
More Than 20 Years Construction Experience
Terbo Construction has been in business for more than 20 years and has done commercial remodeling and new construction projects for some of the largest companies in the Tampa Bay area. A large portion of Terbo’s work is medical remodeling and new construction.
Health Care Remodeling and New Construction
Baycare Health Systems including Morton Plant Mease hospitals are Terbo Construction’s largest and oldest client. Terbo started the first commercial remodeling project with Morton Plant Mease Hospital in 1988 and Terbo continues to work with Morton Plant Mease hospitals today.
AHCA Specialists
Medical construction has very demanding standards which are higher than most local building codes. The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, AHCA, inspects and approves medical construction in Florida. The Terbo management team regularly attends AHCA training sessions and Terbo has never failed an AHCA inspection. \\
Commercial, Retail Remodeling and New Construction
Terbo has extensive experience in commercial and retail construction. Since our inception, we have realized that our commercial partners are multi-faceted and require ability to construct projects that consist of small renovations to large renovations of their existing buildings. The same partners have trusted us in constructing new buildings from the ground up. Here at Terbo, we are able and capable to provide turn-key projects to suit everyone's needs and desires.
The typical Terbo project is in the $5,000 to $5 million range.
We are capable and able to conduct multiple projects at the same time utilizing our vast and diverse group of Superintendents, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and business partners.
Satisfied, Repeat Customers
“We build long term relationships with our clients. Our clients have confidence in us and they know we will deliver on time and under budget. That is the reason that we have been able to do so many projects for the same companies,” explained Terbo’s President Terry Hodge.
